For nearly 20 years, MTI has been serving businesses in the Midwest and across the nation. We take great pride in our consistent, quality work.  After seven years of working in the Industrial Pump Engineering and Repair field, Bryan Hoyt wanted to provide a local service for thermal plasma spray coatings. In mid-1985, Bryan and Donna Hoyt founded Metal Technology of Indiana, Inc.   

Later in 1985, a machinery division was added, providing quality machined products to customers. This increased the company's ability to provide additional, necessary services.

In 1987, MTI purchased property in Westfield, Indiana and the facility was expanded. An area was added to facilitate additional equipment to expand the machining and spray capabilities even further.

In 1989, the company entered the 'high tech' machining age, with the addition of a CNC Lathe and CNC Machining Center, giving us the ability to offer a new 'machining only' service.

MTI moved to its current locating in Lebanon, Indiana in 1997. The facility offers the room and versatility needed to better serve both customers and employees.

Metal Technology of Indiana, Inc. offers a wide range of Thermal Plasma and Wire Coatings as well as machining services to a broad range of customers, from national Fortune 500 companies to small businesses in the Indianapolis and surrounding areas.

With nearly 25,000 square feet of property, we can handle large parts and quickly adapt to needs for expansion.
