We offer the highest quality robotic sprayed coatings to our customers in aerospace, gas turbine, power generation, petrochemical and other industrial applications. MTI uses originally developed equipment that achieves coatings with unique properties, and is a continuing source for the development of new coatings and processes for wear and corrosion resistance.
To insure customer satisfaction, we use detailed process specifications, operating procedures and system manuals. We can provide our customers with certification of materials, fixed process routings and microscopy documentation (in house Met Lab). MTI maintains all records and documentation relating to our quality services.
We are an FAA approved Repair Station, #OMYR582Z, with superior quality systems that provide coatings to meet the demands of major aircraft standards such as PWA, GE, Siemens, ABB, Rolls Royce, and Honeywell.
